Our App(KVR Real Estates) is used by any users who are willing to know/buy our Ongoing Layouts/Layouts, visit/know about our Construction properties and Know about our completed House/layout projects.
KVR APP asks to sign up using an email ID and needs to be verified to avoid junk sign-ups.
After signup, if the user logins here is the view how what it looks like.
1. Banners- Here any announcement posters will be displayed.
2. Layouts: Here all our layouts projects with details will be available once any user clicks this can be entered inside the layouts page.
3. Construction: Here all our ongoing projects with details will be available if any user clicks this can enter it inside the Construction Page.
4. Completed: Here all our already completed layouts and projects with details are available just to showcase our all past properties/layouts to users. Its like our portfolio of all projects completed.
Whats inside Layouts and Construction-
After entering into Layouts.
Here we provide information about the property/layout like property name, property address,
property brochure to download,
Book Now option(here we collect information like Name, Last name, mobile number(if booking for others), plot area/plot number etc ) if the user clicks BOOK NOW
Then only our KVR Estates Team receives customer/user details on our Admin Panel. We manually arrange a call/meeting with the booked user details received for that particular property/layout booking raised by the user by using the app.
We assure you we never share these collected booking details information with anyone outside of our KVR Estates organization. We assure information safety here.
We are asking users to BOOK NOW to know who is willing to reach us to buy a particular layout/property. Its completely their wish to send a query.
The Book Now option is the same as the Contact Us form about collecting minimal information about their interest in property/layout to reach them manually over the phone.
- Users can see Amenities of a particular layout they wish to see.
- Videos and Gallery are also available
- Users can WhatsApp us directly here on this screen.
The same will be applied for the Construction section also.
Camera Access:
In the PROFILE Page we have given the option to upload their PROFILE PICTURE its completely their wish to upload/leave empty. We have created this option just to make the user experience better.
Its not mandatory to upload their profile picture and we are not retrieving this profile picture data in our admin panel
Simply KVR ESTATES app helps all users living in INDIA. Install App can go through our layout, and construction project details can raise queries about their wish to see the property. Here, our Team will call back them and showcase the property if they wish to buy they can.
All operations from here on will be done manually.
